The introspection, the self-awareness, the confrontation with yourself. That process of understanding myself became the foundation of how I understand others.Before this, I built and ran startups and worked with everyone from CEOs and senior leaders to the people being developed alongside them. That range taught me where performance actually breaks down, and why.11 years on, I'm a professionally certified, multi-award winning performance coach and consultant, having worked across global corporations, government programmes, and international environments.What I'm most proud of isn't the numbers.
